Project Background:
The enterprise aimed to establish an intelligent and efficient layer farming base to enhance egg quality and production efficiency, meeting the market demand for high-quality eggs.
Solution:
The project incorporated advanced intelligent breeding equipment from GuangZhou Great Engine:
Intelligent Stacked Cage Breeding Equipment: Intelligent stacked cage breeding equipment for layers introduced from Hongji International enabled high-density farming and automated management.
Precision Environmental Control System: Utilized Great Engine's high-precision environmental control system to accurately regulate temperature, humidity, ventilation, etc., within the chicken house, providing the optimal growing environment for the layers.
IoT and Digital Management: Established a comprehensive digital control network. A smart cloud platform monitored key data such as the age, feeding status, immunization status, feed consumption, and egg production of each bird in real-time, achieving "cloud-based" poultry farming.
Automated Production Process: Achieved full-process automation from feed conveying and watering to egg collection, significantly reducing labor requirements.
Results:
Significantly Enhanced Production Efficiency: Only two workers are required to manage 150,000 birds, greatly increasing per capita management efficiency.
Exceptional Product Quality: Obtained stringent NSF antibiotic-free product certification and edible raw egg certification, complying with the EU BRC global food safety standard. Daily egg production reaches 400,000 units, capturing approximately 12% of the local branded egg market.
Notable Economic Benefits: The total project investment is 300 million RMB, with a planned stocking capacity of 2 million birds. Over 60 million RMB has been invested so far, constructing 4 intelligent chicken houses. The 400,000-bird scale operates stably. The project is expected to create employment for 120 people in upstream and downstream industries, increasing the average annual income per person by 30,000 RMB.
