The company currently has more than 70 employees, including 10 with a bachelor's degree or above. The core team of the company has been deeply involved in the livestock equipment industry for more than 30 years and is one of the earliest backbone figures to devote themselves to the automation livestock equipment industry in China.
The company specializes in the design, manufacturing, sales, and installation of three major components: nutritional chicken equipment, pig farming equipment, and steel structure breeding facilities. Our company has one high-end office reception area, one cage welding workshop, one sheet metal workshop，one sheet metal welding workshop, one assembly workshop for mechanical parts, one workshop for assembling electrical cabinets and two warehouses. Since 1986, three generations of his family have been engaged in the livestock equipment industry and they are the pioneers and leaders of domestic automated breeding equipment. Despite the continuous updates and iterations of the domestic industry landscape, we remain steadfast in shouldering our responsibilities, all for the purpose of ensuring that our long-term trusted customers can worry less about the equipment and raise chickens well. Mr. Lu always keep in mind the principle of "inheriting classics and creating the future", and lead the team to continue to develop a complete set of intelligent feeding, manure removal and environmental control equipment suitable for farms of different scales, always with the goal of "making breeding more efficient and worry-free". He has led over 3,000 large and medium-sized chicken farm equipment upgrade projects. Mr. Lu has a precise understanding of industry trends and customer demands, and he is the core decision-maker for the company's technological innovation and market expansion.

Production Director
Individual Position: Quality guardian, lean practitioner
Since entering the workforce, he has been working in the production departments of leading enterprises in our industry. With 25 years of production management experience in the chicken farming equipment industry, he is proficient in the production process and quality control of automated chicken farming equipment. Mr. Tan is one of the top experts in chicken cage equipment production in China. He leads the workshop team to achieve standardized operations from component processing to complete machine assembly. By introducing the concept of lean production, production efficiency and equipment stability were significantly enhanced.

Design Director
Individual Position: Structural designer, scene adapter
For 15 years since graduating from a key domestic university with a bachelor's degree, he has been engaged in the design of automated breeding equipment in leading enterprises in our industry. He Led the research and development of mechanical structures for multiple types of automated chicken farming equipment. Skilled at integrating the characteristics of different breeding models (H-Type and A-Type) and different chicken types (laying hens, broilers, and breeding hens) to optimize the space utilization rate, operational convenience, and durability of the equipment. Having led over 5,000 large and medium-sized chicken farm equipment upgrade projects, he is one of the top experts in chicken farm equipment design in China.

Since entering the workforce, he has been working in the installation department of leading enterprises in our industry and has 25 years of experience in the installation, operation and maintenance of chicken farming equipment. He is familiar with the site conditions and installation and usage requirements of farms of different regions and scales. Mr. Li leads the team to efficiently complete the entire process of equipment entry, positioning, assembly and commissioning, ensuring the perfect delivery and smooth operation of the equipment. At the same time, he is responsible for after-sales technical support, can respond to customers' maintenance needs in the first place, provide equipment maintenance guidance, and serves as an important bridge connecting the company and customers, allowing customers to "buy with confidence and use with peace of mind".

For 13 years since graduating from university, he has been engaged in the design of automation control systems in leading enterprises in our industry, specializing in the electrical integration, intelligent control and electrical cabinet assembly of chicken farming equipment. Responsible for the circuit design of the equipment, the use of high-end environmental controllers, the selection of sensors and the development of remote control systems, enabling the equipment to achieve fully automatic regulation of temperature, humidity, light and ventilation. He has led over 4,000 "Internet + Breeding" projects. Through a mobile phone APP, real-time monitoring of chicken house data and remote operation of equipment can be achieved, significantly reducing labor costs. Mr. Liu has conducted in-depth research on the electrical safety of equipment and the anti-interference ability of the system to ensure the stable operation of the equipment. He is one of the top experts in electrical equipment for chicken farming in China.
